Not all students are visual learners, not all are kinaesthetic learners and so on.

So you need to be thinking that if you tell students something you should also show them, and then get them to practise that thing.

For example, how to type your name on a keyboard, you tell them they have to remember to capitalise their names, and you do this by using the shift key. Then you show them the keyboard and point out the shift key, and finally you get them to practise.
